What is Delta-9 THC, and is it actually legal?
Delta-9 is the cannabinoid responsible for THC’s classic effects — happy, relaxed, a little floaty. Ours is 100% hemp-derived and comes in under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, which makes it federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. No synthetic conversions, no shortcuts — just genuine hemp-derived Delta-9. (Laws vary by state, so it’s worth double-checking where you live before you order.)
I've never tried Delta-9 before. How much should I take?
Start low and go slow — even though our gummies are 30mg per piece, we’d suggest trying half a gummy first, especially if you’re new to hemp-derived THC. Wait at least 2 hours before taking more; edibles take longer to kick in than people expect, and stacking doses too fast is the #1 way to have a bad time instead of a good one.
How long until I feel it, and how long does it last?
Everyone’s different, but most people feel effects within 30–90 minutes, and they can last 4–6 hours. Body weight, metabolism, and whether you’ve eaten all play a role. Give it real time before deciding you need more.
Will this show up on a drug test?
Possibly. Even though our gummies are Farm Bill compliant, they still contain Delta-9 THC, and standard drug tests aren’t built to tell hemp-derived THC apart from any other kind. If you’re subject to testing, best to sit this one out.

Why do you call it a "no-melt" formula?
